260 Water Street known as the H M S building as it has been partially occupied by H M S Transporation since 1972. The building also has a variety of apartments from bed sitter to two bedroom. Many of the apartments are furnished with only bed linens and personal items needed by the tenant. These apartments cater to both long-term and short-term tenancies meeting the housing needs of seasonal tourism staff as well as student accommodation for the St. Andrews Campus of the NBCC.
